1. PLC panel allows the operator accurately setting desired temperature & heating time as well as adjust the unit accordingly, with alarms function to ensure safety

2. 0.75kw circulation fan speeds up hot airflow that leads to uniform heated chamber and quality cured finishes

3. The curing oven utilizes a sandwich panel design. Rockwool insulation of at least 100mm is inserted between galvanized inner wall and color-steel external skins, ensure minimum temperature difference.

4. Pre-assembled, Test Run and Data Logged. Only requires simple connection of electric and pneumatic diagrams to start work.

Powder Coating Oven Cart System

It is a superior solution that allows batch loading of workparts with an optimal use of the entire oven space, as well as carrying heavy elements using a minimum amount of force.  

Standardly equipped with two carts:

Internal cart supplied in the form of a frame with high temperature bearings, designed for holding workparts participating in curing process inside the oven.

External cart loads the internal cart for outside transporting process. The internal cart always stay clean that will not pollute the oven chamber, keeping high purity of cured parts.

Trolley design can be customized for your production needs and convenience.
