Tunnel Type Powder Coating Oven
Tunnel type ovens are manufactured in various types depending on area to be installed and conveyor speed (as U-turn, S type or M type). Maximum painting efficiency is obtained with high capacities by means of those systems.
Our powder coating oven allows batch production of workparts finishing, which constructs from high quality components that ensures quick and uniform heating.
The length of the powder coating curing oven can be customized according to the shape, quantity and weight of the workpiece and the production efficiency.
Tunnel ovens are designed for curing powder on metal substrates, such as aluminum extrusions, sheet metal and various metal geometric shapes.

PLC Controller
The electric controller panel controls all functions, it allows to easily set temperature & time as well as displays actual inside temperature to get a wonderful powder coating curing effect.
Circulation Fan
2 sets of 5.5kw powerful circulation fan circles the hot air to warm the powder coating oven interior, minimizes temperature difference and guarantee uniform-heated chamber. In order to make parts cure with a quality finish with even gloss and consistent color.
RIELLO Gas Burner
An imported Riello burner takes full utilization of fuels, saving energy at the same time giving much quicker raise to a required temperature. The combustion process is clean and pollution-free.
Powder Coating Oven Material
Interlayer is 100mm thickness rock wool board, maximize the effect of heat preservation.
Inner wall is 1mm heat-resisting galvanized steel.
Outer wall is anti-rust color steel, durable and long lifespan.
