The semi-automatic powder coating line includes overhead conveyor system, automatic powder coating guns, reciprocators, automatic in-line powder spray booth and manual track curing oven.

How Semi-automatic Powder Coating Line Works

1) Load a batch of workparts on the tracks, manually pull the track system to the powder booth.

2) Once the workparts enter to the automatic spray booth, it will be automatically transported by conveyors.

3) At the same time, automatic powder guns and reciprocator performs for consistent and uniform powder spraying in an automatic recovery powder booth.

4) The oversprayed powders will be transferred to a powder feed center for automatic recycling.

5) After powder spraying, all the batches of coated chairs will be easily pulled into the entrance of the oven through overhead carriage tracks

6) The coated parts will be pushed into the oven for curing process.
