How Automatic Powder Coating Systems Works for LPG Tanks

The highlight of the solution is the specially designed automatic powder  booth for LPG tank, for other cylindrical shaped products. There're overhead tunnel track with rotatable hangers installed on the top of powder booth, ensures cylinder or round products can be completely coated. 

With one automatic reciprocator working station and one manual repair coating station, allow 4-6pcs auto spay gun moving up and down to coat the cylinder body. Also Equipped with 2pcs auto powder guns fixted at the bottom to spray the bottom of the cylinder, and 2pcs auto guns fixed at the top to powder coat the top of the cylinder.

After powder spray, the gas cylinder will be put into a powder coating oven which heat work parts(150-200C), making the coated powders melting, leveling and curing to form a solid covering film.
