Plan 1: Manual Powder Coating Line (Pass Through Type)

Applications
Suitable for long length, thin, heavy workparts, especially for aluminium profiles, steel frames, which requires precise manual coating. Batch of workparts movement is assited by overhead carriage easily pulled by operator, which greatly reduces labor efforts and ensures high productivity.

Plan 2: Manual Powder Coating Line (Walk-in Type)

Application: 
Suitable for customer has various shapes of workparts, such as long profiles, big frames, ideal for complex bulky objects, as it allows operators walking into the spray booth and meticulously powder coating from all directions. Batch of workparts movement is assited by overhead rails pulled by operators, which greatly reduces labor efforts and ensures high productivity.

Plan 3: Manual Batch Powder Coating Plant (Cost-efficient Type)

Specially designed for manual powder coating of long length workparts in batches, but not quite heavy, as it requires moving powder coated parts from spray booth to curing oven trolley by hands, Comparing with overhead track system, it is more simple and budget-saving.

Suitable for both small or big sized workparts, powder coating by automatic equipment, parts enter into the oven and exit out assisted by manually pulled track system, this semi-automatic solution ensures productivity and coating film consistency. It also occupies not big factory space and budget.
You can choose quick color change cyclone booth or economical filter booth.

Plan 6: Semi-automatic Powder Coating Line (with Heavy-duty Carriage Tracks)

Specially suitable for long length and heavy objects, such as aluminium profiles,
Using the carriage easily slide the batches of workparts from booth station to oven station, extremely effortless and more efficient. Only requires one operator just pulling or pushing the heavy elements.
Powder spraying by automatic guns and powder recovery by automatic booth system, , powder curing by manual type oven. which ensures high production efficiency and uniform coating quality while requires least labor efforts.
