Powder Coating Reciprocator

Powder Feed Center

1) Powder feed center works in the powder coating line that connects powder recovery booth and spray gun for continuously powder recycling and feeding.

2) The oversprayed powders from booth will be transferred to this system, firstly sieved by vibratory sieving section then drop into the big hopper mixed with fresh powders.

3) A big volume closed powder container suppots for high speed powder coating line without any powder escaping.

4) PLC system with touch screen integrates all functions you need. It control everystep of powder coating line, such as powder feeding, powder spraying, powder recovery, equipment and pipe cleaning, etc

Automatic Tunnel Powder Coating Booth

1)The automatic powder coating booth designed with double coating station is an efficient solution to handle long length, complex shaped workparts

2)Configured with double filter recovery system for powder collection which ensures high recycling rate and a dustless workshop.

3)Applies PLC control Monitoring the whole range of components, controls all parameter and stores important data. 

4) A removable hopper beneath the filter module will collect the released powders from cartridge filters, installed with recovery pumps thus powders can be automatically transferred to powder center for recycling.

5)The compact structure takes up limited space which is friendly to small factories. 

Manually-pull Overhead Carriage System

1). Using the carriage easily slide the batches of workparts from booth station to oven station, extremely effortless and more efficient.  

2) Only requires one operator just pulling or pushing the heavy elements.

3).The easy transport system incorperates I beam tracks, X348 loading trolley, vertical support frames, etc.

4). There are limit switch locks which could stricltly align the carriage tracks with oven/booth tracks, which enables smoothly move the workparts in and out of the oven/booth
